Messy styled hair

You know when your child's got freshly washed hair and you can't do anything with it?!
Well that's what happened today, Darcie's hair was so soft I couldn't do anything with it!
So I came up with this messy but styled hair.

For this you will need
3 small elastics
Small hair clip
Hair bow
Hair spray

And that's all!!

1. First simply take a section of hair, wherever your child's parting is and begin a lose Dutch braid, plait it until your happy and then finish with a normal plait, and secure with a small elastic.

2. Grab all the hair towards the ear on the same side as the plait, and tie with a small elastic.

3. Carefully tease the hair with your fingers to gain some volume and texture.

4. Position the hair into a bun shape, by gathering all the hair and once your happy, secure in place with another small elastic.

5. On the opposite side of the bun, there will more than likely be hair which didn't reach the bun, so just gather the hair together and pin to the side of the head with a hair bow.

6. Add a small clip where you can see the elastic from from the plait.

7. Add a small about of hair spray to  keep everything in place!

And there you have it!

Perfect style for freshly washed hair, also through the day hair may fall out but this just adds to the messy style:)

Hope you like it, let me know what you think.
